Big Sky Water Heaters Keeps Washington Warm!

These guys were by far the most accommodating place I called.  They were also some of the most knowledgeable when it came to replacing my old  traditional water heater with a tankless system.  Some companies that I called, refused to give any type of pricing or information without coming to my home. Barry took the time to explain everything to me and had a ton of patience. Don't just hire anyone to install your tankless water heater.  It's expensive and you want to make sure it's done right. I highly recommend the guys at Big Sky.

Big sky water heaters saved me a TON of time and a TON of money. In requesting a quote with one of their customer service representatives and describing the problems I had endured with my water heater, they were not only able to diagnose the problem over the phone, but they didn't sell me on services I didn't need either. They were professional, kind, caring, and cost-effective. They were able to have one of their technicians dispatched to my house and were able to repair my water heater for a fraction of the cost other companies had previously quoted me. Painless and quick! I would 100% recommend the guys at Big Sky Plumbing. I walked out to a puddle under my hot water heater. Barry took my call on a Sunday. Asked me a series of questions then had me text over some photos. He was able to get back to me with a price for replacement and i set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The whole process was seamless and quick. I could not be more happy with the work was done and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Called in and needed help with getting a repair done to my water heater. The process was easy and I didn't end up spending nearly as much as I thought I would. Their plumber just replaced the pilot light on my heater. Really nice guy. Glad that they are an essential business during these crazy times; I would've gone crazy without hot water. I woke up in the morning and discovered that I had no hot water. I don't know much about how to fix a hot water heater. I'd heard about Big Sky Water Heaters from my father. He had told me if I ever had a water heater problem to call Big Sky and highly recommended them. So I listen to Dad and I'll tell you something, he was not wrong. Barry came right over! He showed up when he said he was going to and he knew exactly what the problem was when I told him what I was experiencing! They were punctual and practical with very reasonable pricing. If you ever have a problem with your hot water heater.... just like my father I would highly recommend you called Big Sky. Get the job done quick and easy. They got mine working right within 5 hours and I was back to having hot water that night.

These people actually cared! I called a few other companies looking to fix my Rheem gas hot water heater and they were either not available or so over priced. Finally when I called Big Sky Water Heaters, Berry answered and was so great. He was so helpful and kind. I could just tell this company seemed more genuine then the rest. They offered me a free quote if I texted them photos so of course I said yes. They were really a great deal and could be out there in no time so I agreed. Like I said, Barry was great. I just let him do his thing while he was here and the repair was only about 40 minutes or so.I'm so happy with their kindness and helpfulness. I will be sure to use them again. I know nothing about water heater systems but as always, I do my research before contacting the professionals. So I researched how they work, general repair costs and things that could go wrong during the repairs. Then I called the pros at Big Sky Water Heaters. These guys were so knowledgeable and professional from first-contact that I knew I called the right place for help. We made an appointment and Barry came over for diagnostics and repair. After his initial assessment, he took his time explaining the problem, the repair procedure, and the alternative of a complete replacement. In my case, a repair made the most financial sense and Barry worked quickly and efficiently to get my water heater working again. The price was fair and i feel that I made the best possible decision by following their advise to make the recommended repairs.

Their great service and prices can't be beat. They are that good. I had called several weeks ago and discussed the possibility of getting a new water heater. Barry was helpful when weighing to pros and cons of getting a new one or just trying to repair it. All in all, it was a better decision financially to repair it for now and then replace it down the road. I was grateful he was able to help me work through this process and didn't pressure me into getting a new one right away. He was able to get everything fixed without any problems. It was a fast and easy process. These guys are trustworthy plumbers, they know what they are doing and they won't force you to purchase anything you don't want. Trevor was so so so helpful! I still can't get over the fact that I called and literally within hours he was there to get my hot water back on. He made the process super easy. After I gave him my landlord's number he handled all the details, fees and other things with him. I just had to be there to let him in so he could get it fixed. Later that afternoon he was there and installed the new part super quick! I was expecting him to take a lot longer but no he was so fast!I was worried that it would seriously take me a few days to find a plumbing repair service but these guys fixed my water heater the same day! I mean who wants to take a cold shower?! Not me!!! So grateful I didn't have to either! I would recommend these guys to honestly anyone! This has been such a good experience.

We had the pleasure of having Trevor work with us - he was personable and honest and ensured we got our hot water turned back on. Even though we've only used him once, it is safe to say he has us as customers for life! He was also very thorough on the rundown of how the warranty works, when we should use it, who to call, etc. I feel very secure knowing we have a 10 year warranty and that all the parts and tank will be taken care if if anything happens down the road! Trevor is also great with his communication and will text back within minutes. Thanks for helping us! We are so happy to have our hot water working again!

The staff was very helpful. They walked me through the steps I needed to find the information for my water heater. Luckily it was a pretty new water heater so I didn't need a new one, instead it was a light that needed replaced. The repair was quick and the service man was very friendly. Everything they quoted me on was accurate and one with haste and efficiency. I would recommend them and I'll be back.

Easiest process ever. Everything was done over texting including pricing and scheduling appointments. Great communication skills and helpful when answering any type of questions. How long can your family live without hot water? Not long if you have a big family like mine. Ours was not working last week. I wasn't sure who to call for something like this. I called Big Sky Water Heaters (my moms friend recommended them to me). They were friendly and got me scheduled quickly. My daughters were freaking out about not being able to shower and started insisting we were going to have to go to a hotel. Big Sky was quick and professional - would recommend if you live up in north Snohomish county.

Ok called at 8:30 am today spoke with Travis. My hot water tank was leaking and asked how quick someone could come out. I called 2 other places prior and didn't have any luck getting a same day appointment. By 10am my new hot water heater was being replaced, and it took 35 min! Omg so impressed I can't even believe it. Highly recommend these guys! Hire them you won't be sorry!

I rarely every review companies or bother with Yelp but I felt like I had to give these guys a shout out after the great service they gave. Last Friday, I was in a panic and needed my water heater serviced before the weekend started and they had no problem coming out on such short notice. Everyone else I called already was full or closed. Their plumber was able to repair my water heater with just a few parts. They do a great job I would recommend them over anyone else.

Like most average people... I don't know anything about anything when it comes to water heaters. I actually at first wasn't even sure if the water heater was the problem. I called Big Sky and told them about the issue I was having and Barry came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The price was right in the same ballpark that my estimate was which was perfect since this issue popped up out of no where and i don't have the budget for random, expensive problems. Super great experience and would definitely recommend them not just for emergencies, but whatever routine help you might need as well. Very informative, helpful, friendly, and just overall a really great experience considering I was expecting to be out of hot water for at least a week and be broke afterwards. Thankfully, neither of those things happened!

Great experience because they have a VERY friendly and nice staff! When I called the lady who asked my information and set up my appointment was super friendly. She was pleasant and not annoyed like some of the other plumbing companies I called. They had their plumber Barry came out and he was just as nice! I told Barry I didn't want anything extra done just to get my hot water back on. He did that and the price was reasonable. I asked for a receipt and he said he would have his office email it to me no later  by that evening. I got it probably 30 minutes after he left my house. They listen to your needs and care about what you want as a customer. I would definitely use them again they are soooo friendly and do a great job!

Fantastic service!!! These guys were not the cheapest company around but they were definitely the fastest. Everyone knows you can't go without hot water if there are any kids in your house! They were able to come over and replace my old water heater that same evening. I was so appreciative that they went out their way to come over later at night after hours. I'm impressed with the scheduling, thank you so much!! We didn't even have to go without hot water one day!!!!!

So glad I was able to set up an appointment with Big Sky! They listened to me when I was trying to explain what was going on with my hot water.  To be honest, I just knew I had cold water and I couldn't go without it for more than a day. They fixed it at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the appointment.

They have the BEST communication skills .   They replaced my 12 year old hot water heater and always kept me in the loop. If your up to your ankles in cold water give them a call for a GREAT job.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Ryan. I sent a few pictures of my broken water heater, he was able to give me an estimate of what it would cost along with what time he would be able to get to my house to do the installation.Since my water heating stopped working that morning, I was relieved to find someone that had a good reputation and was affordable that could do the work the same day. I had hot water by 6:30pm that same night after calling him early that morning!! I would definitely contact Big Sky to have future work done at our home.

My issue was a sudden low hot water pressure from all faucets throughout my house.  A quick Google search on the matter suggested it may be some organic debris built up and lodged in the hot water line to the water heater.  The suggested repair was beyond my skill set so I was in search of a plumber.  After perusing many impressive companies, I settled on Big Sky Water Heaters.  Thankfully I was not disappointed.  I called Big Sky before dressing for work and was told someone would call me back within 15 minutes to schedule the appointment.  Sure enough I got a call-back within 15 minutes.  The appointment was scheduled for around 1 pm that day.  As I was driving home from work around 12:30 I got a call saying they were on their way.  By then I was already impressed with this company's business ethic and respect for time.  Ryan arrived and started right in on diagnosing the problem.  He started with checking the quality of the water lines and then the water pressure coming into the house from the main.  From there he determined that the pressure was lower than standard and fluctuated even lower.  Thinking that would solve the main issue, he replaced the valve.  Once done he checked the hot water pressure and it was only slightly better.  He then went to work on the lines going into the hot water heater.  There he discovered nipples had lodged out of the check valves into the water line prohibiting the free-flow of water.  After clearing the lines and soldering the copper pipes back into place the problem was solved.  Not only was the hot water pressure at the proper level, the water pressure throughout the house was better than ever! For this reason we opted to keep the PRV valve Ryan installed at the onset as it proved to make a real difference and the life of the older valve was limited.  Ryan was thorough and determined to make the situation right for us and explained his rationale all along the way.  My girlfriend and I were very pleased with the service and the price and would not hesitate to use Big Sky Plumbing again when needed.
